About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

Landing Visa on arrival in Guangzhou?

Dear Sir, I am Malaysian,holding Multiple China Visa entry but expired in January,2012 and have bought ticket to fly from Singapore to Guangzhou. Can I apply for a landing Visa on arrival in Guangzhou?

To be frank, it is very hard to apply for an on-arrival visa in China unless you meet the any of the circumstances listed on this page https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/service.htm

No. you must have a valid visa to get on the plane. They will not let you fly to China without a valid visa.
Just get one in your country and go to China. Seeing you wrote this in February and now it is November, I hope you made it.
