visitor visa to the people's republic of china

Dear Sirs, We are businessmen and visited The People's Republic of China many times, every year like, mostly during commodity exhibitions, however, we intend traveling to Taipei, Taiwan (Republic of China) on 28th of February, 2012 and on 10th March, 2012 from Taipei to Beijing to visit some factories in Tianjin, so v need to obtain visa at the Consular section of the China Embassy and to get the invitation letter approved by the bureau of China authority in China will take 10 days according to our supplier's information. The invitation letter from your supplier is not sufficient for your business visa application, the invitation letter has to be approved by the bureau of China authority. I know that you don't have time to wait for the invitation letter approved by the bureau of China authority in China if you travel tio Taibei on Feb 28, 2012, but there is no other option.

dear mr jacob, tks ur email, is the new rule of obtaining confirmation from your government authority is a must for all the applicants specially regular visitors of every year to china ??because we have been traveling to china on business matters for more than 14 years, every year like. my supplier already made the invitation for approval with your government just 2 days back n in my case is there any other urgent way to get this in china and or in sri lanka with the prior consultation with ur high authorities of china embassy in colombothis is an urgent matter and needs your kindly advice as how to get urgent visa on the grounds of our previous recordsawaiting ur good response/ tks wbrgds/mr ifthikar 18-2-2012

You can try to ask your supplier to apply for a rush service of the approval of invitation letter by an authorized government unit, as soon as you get the letter, you submit visa application to China embassy in Colombo. You can try to provide the previous China visas on your old or new passport and the invitation letter from your supplier to apply for a single-entry F visa. Maybe the consular officer will issue you a F visa by considering that you have visited China for many times even though you don't have the approval for the invitation letter.
