what should i do to get china rush visa in nepal?

I have been china for three times in L category before i need to get the visa for feb 25 so if i wish to get rush visa what are the procedure

Step 1: prepare the following documents The original passport with at least six-month validity and two blank visa pages, one photocopy of the passport page containing the personal particulars. Truly completed and signed Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China. One recent passport-photo size color photograph of the applicant. the copy of your previous three L visas and entry records on your passportbank statements, round-trip air tickets booking, etc. Step 2:  the above documents be submitted to the Consular Section of China Embassy in Kathmandu either by the applicant or the entrusted travel agencies.
