About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

I'm a Sri Lankan passport holder, can I apply Tourist visa from Singapore?

I am a Sri Lankan passport holder currently residing in Singapore (Singapore PR). I have studied in China from 1998-2005. I am planning to go for a short Holiday ( 1 week) to Shanghai to visit my friends and teachers. Can I apply tourist visa from Singapore? My father who is residing in Sri Lanka will accompany me. Kindly let me know the visa procedure for my dad?

Thanks

You have Singapore PR, then you can apply for the China visa from the China Visa Application Service Center in Singapore. You mean your father is also in Singapore now? Do your father can provide any document that entitle him to reside for an extended period of time in the SPR,WP,EP,STP,DP. If not, your father will not be able to get a China visa in Singapore. I advise you contact the China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited to consult whether they may help to apply for the China visa for your father.
