About:Chinese Embassy in Tanzania

Does Tanzania have a consulate location in Shanghai?

I live in Shanghai, will be traveling as tourist to Tanzania next May. I am USA citizen.

I heard that I could just get a visa-upon-arrival (I will be going into Kilamanjaro International Airport). Is that correct, or must I secure a visa before flying.
