Halifax, Nova Scotia is under the consular districts of China embassy in Ottawa, you need to apply China visa to China embassy in Ottawa, the application by post is not accepted. The Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Ottawa has not been opened, once it is opened, you can psot your application to this center.0
