6 months overstay in China, stranded and want to go back home

Hello, i,m Nkansah from Ghana, this is my first time in china and i have overstayed for 6 month it was not my fault i was sick and stranded i want to go home. i have a return ticket but i have no money on me

You have to pay 5000 RMB for fine of overstaying in China, otherwise, you will be detained for 10 days, please surrender yourself to a local police station.
