What actually is a Visa Notice?

My customer in Pakistan is planning to have a business trip to Shanghai, China. He advised me that a Visa application has been submitted, but his application will not be accepted if he has no Visa Notice. So he is requesting the said Visa Notice from me. Thanks God! I have no idea that what a Visa Notice is. Do you have a link or form can be provided so I may help with my customer?

Thanks a lot herein.

Visa Notice is substituted by Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit or Confirmation Letter of Invitation, it previousely called visa notice, now it called Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit or Confirmation Letter of Invitation, it refers to the documents issued by the Chinese government department’ companies and social organizations authorized by the Chinese Foreign Ministry. For detailed information, please consult the foreign affairs office of the province, autonomous region or municipality under the Central government where your company is located.
