About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

do i need nbi clearance if i have been to china

i have an origninal PNP clearance now at hand, it would take me a whole day and not have clinic to get an NBI. if i have previously travelled to china in the 90's but the visa then was stamped, do i need to still apply as first time applicant? i have visas to australia, canada, UK, USA, korea in my current passport already.

Yes, those with stamped China visas must submit additional documents (such as NBI) for first time China visa applicants.
