Business visa for attending Impact Evaluation course in Shanghai

I am holding a Kiribati passport. and the purpose of my visit to China is to attend the course on Impact Evaluation which will be held there by the Asia Pacific Finance Center. My itinerary is to leave Kiribati on March 1 and have to leave Fiji on March 3 so wonder if I can process my visa on March 2. I will be staying in Shanghai for the period of March 3-17, 2012.

If you want to get your visa on the same day of application (March 2, 2012), you have to apply for rush service of 1 working day processing, besides the FJ$ 60 for single entry visa, you also need to pay FJ$ 60 for same day release service. Please submit application before 10:00 on March 2, 2012.

In fact, you are risk of applying visa on March 2, the time is so pressing that maybe you can't get a China visa on time, you'd better apply for visa at least 1 week before the departure to China.
