Individual visa applications of Sri Lanka passport holders are not accepted by the China Embassy in Sri Lanka, so you must apply foor the visa as a group of at least 5 persons with the documents below:
1.A group visa application letter from local travel agency.
2. Confirmation fax or letter with Group Code from tourist bureau of China or an authorized travel agency in China.
3. Original valid passports and one photocopy of the front page of the passports of the group members.
4. Three copies of properly completed and typed List of Tourist Group.
Please note that the information typewritten in the List of Tourists Group must be accurate, with the last name of each applicant underlined. Any misspelling or wrong information provided may lead to refusal of entry. Serial number shall start from 1 to 10 on the first page of the List. If the group has over 10 people, please start the numbering with 11 on the second page of the List. The rest may be deduced by analogy. If there is any blank on the last page of the name list, draw a straight line from the left corner down to the right corner.
