About:Chinese Embassy in India

Does an Indian require visa to meet a friend in Hong Kong for less that 2 weeks? Documents required?

No, if you will stay in Hk or less than 14 days, only your passport and return air ticket will be enough. If you will stay in Hk for over 14 days, you may just exit Hk and go to Macau for several hours, then enter Hk. thus, you will be permitted to stay in HK for another 14 days.
