i am Ethiopian and i want to visit china from Korea

hello there!!
i am hakuna , writing from Korea but nationally i am Ethiopian.

i am planing to pay a visit to china(i think i need a tourist visa) for not more than a week. my question is that, do i need a visa to enter into china for this short days?

if i need,which documents do i have to submit?

i think i can just apply to the Chinese embassy to Korea.
