About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I am going to visit my Chinese girlfriend, so I could be granted L-visa?

I just came back here last January 12, 2012 from China, do I only have to ask my girlfriend to send an invitation letter with her documents so I could be granted L-visa? Will the embassy accept email invitations?

yes, you only have to ask your girlfriend to send you an invitation letter with her documents, you are not the first time applicant, so you don't need to provide many documents. The embassy doesn't accept email invitations, the original invitation letter is required. then you will be granted a L visa.
