About:China Visa Exemption

Application for China Visa from HK

I am a Hong Kong resident by birth & my husband is Indonesian Chinese, can he apply for visa in Hong Kong as we will be visiting China from Macau. It is difficult to apply for Visa in Indonesia as he will need to go to Jakarta he is currently living in South Sumatra

Although it is not convenient for your husband to apply for the China visa in Indonesia, it seems to be the only way, since indonesian passport holders are banned from applying for a China visa in Hong Kong and Macau unless they are working or living in Hong Kong or Macau now.
