About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Can i apply for hksars passport here in philippines at china embassy?

Do i still need go to HK for apply?

You may just apply for the HK passport from the China Embassy or consulate general which your area are under its jurisdiction, But you have to pay for additional fee for the delivery of the passport and HK$100 (or US$13) for the bank handling charge (If the cheque or bank draft is not drawn on a bank in the HKSAR or not in HKSAR currency), since your application have to be posted to Hk to be processed.
