How can I apply for a China visa if I'm a single applicant without joining a tour?

Chinese Visa Application service Cneter (CVASC) in Kuala Lumpur, the embassy in KL doesn't accept China visa application from ordinary passport holders.

the embassy in KL doesn't accept China visa application from ordinary passport holders, it means that the embassy in KL only accepts China visa application from diplomatic, service/official passport holders. You have to submit visa application to CVASC if you hold an ordinary passport, it doesn't mean that you have to join a tour.
