dswd clearance for minors going to macau

Question

I and my sister will be going to Hong kong and planning to go to macau too. i would like to ask if the macau immigration would require a DSWD Clearance for my sister since she's only 15 years old and our parents are not going with us.. thanks!..

The Macau Immigration won't require a DSWS Clearance, it is required when you exit Philippines, without it, the Philippines immigration won't allow your sister to go with you, please apply for DSWD Travel Clearance for your sister from the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
