bus or train from sanjiang to guangzhou

Is there a day time bus or train from Sanjiang to Guangzhou ,if so how long would it take and the cost also most important is the times of either fro Sanjiang, From Guangzhou I want to travel into Hong Kong, thanks guys and gals

You could make transfer in Liuzhou. Sanjiang-Liuzhou: about CNY30.00, Liuzhou-Guangzhou: around CNY300.00 and eight hours. There are trains from Guangzhou east railway station to Hongkong

One train K588/K585 is operating from Sanjiang County to Guangzhou east train station. It takes around 15hrs. From Guangzhou east station, you can take a through train costing about 2hrs to HK.
