may i apply visa in romania?

Question

I'm going for a trip in Romania and from there come back to China and I need new chinese visa for my return. Is there any problems with the application. Im holding Finnish passport.

Your application maybe denied in Romania because you don't work or reside or study in Romania, you just a temporary visitor to Romania, however, you can have a try, good Luck!
