About:Xiling Gorge

can i apply hong kong SAR passport in Montreal

I heard that if we go to Ottawa for that , I had to go 3, 4 times , can you tell me is that true ?

Now, due to restricted conditions, China consulate in Montreal can't deal with the application of passport, travel document, visa, authentication and notarization, the residents in Quebec, New Brunswick still need to submit visa application to China embassy in Ottawa.

You don't need to go to the China embassy in Ottawa for 3 or 4 times if all the requirements for the Hong Kong SAR passport are submitted.
