Your Filipino passport valid for at least 6 months 2. completed Visa Application Forms V.2011A and V.2011B, fill the forms on computer, then print them out 3. a recently-taken passport photo4. round-trip airline tickets and hotel reservation5. the document to prove your legal status in Singapore, such as SPR,WP,EP,STP,DP 6. sometimes, the financial certificate will be required.
