Hong Kong Visa Troubles

Hi there I'm 18 and from the UK and am looking to go to Hong Kong with a friend to work for 6 months. Her dad lives out there and has got my friend on his visa. I have filled out an ID 300A form thinking this was the correct form, hoping to send an ID 300B form to my friends dad to be my sponsor. Have these forms been replaced by the 990A and 990B forms??? I have all the other documents ready and will be applying through the Chinese Embassy in London. Is this the correct procedure?

Yes, these forms have been replaced by the 990A and 990B forms. Applicant should complete application form (ID 990A). The employing company should complete application form (ID 990B). It is right for you to apply Hong Kong Employment Visa through Chinese embassy in London. It will takes 4 weeks for the processing.
