About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

My adopted childs passport exp in '07, and needs one for cruise Mar 9/12 to US, what is fastest way?

My adoptive child's Chinese passport has expired, and so did her Permenant Resident Card in 2007. She is not a canadian citizen. The Embassy told me she needed a valid PRC and a Citizen search report, I sent for her new PRC and search report, and hope to get them within the next few weeks. Once I receive these documents, will need a quick turn around to get her Chinese Passport. What is the fastest way to get the new Chinese Passport? Urgent !!

There is no rush service for Chinese passport application, it takes a least 1 month for processing after you receive a valid PRC and a Citizen search report.
