Physical Exam for foreigners done in China

I had my physical examination for foreigners done in China recently. Do I still need to get another physical exam done here at one of the accredited hospitals or can I just use the one I took in China? I am applying for a Z visa.

Riss, I think you can use the physical examination for foreigners done in China to apply for a Z visa in the Philippines.

In fact, even though you do a physical examination in Philippines, then obtain a Z visa to China, Z visa holders have to apply for residence permit at the PSB within 30 days after arrival in China. You have to do a pysical examination again when you apply for a residence permit. The examination done in Philippines is not recognized by China government.

Therefore, I think you can use the physical examination for foreigners done in China to apply for a Z visa in the Philippines.

If the health certificate is dated in the last 6 months ( one year for some countries but I am not sure for Philippines) and you have NOT BEEN OUT OF CHINA FOR 90 CONSECUTIVE DAYS, it is good.
