About:Hong Kong Visa Application

Omani travel from Muscat to Manila, then visit Hongkong , then back to Manila then Muscat.

He will enter Philippines for a 2 week tourist visa. During his stay, he plans to visit Hongkong also for 3 days only. Will go back to Manila and then will fly back home to Muscat

Your Omani doesn't need a visa to Hong Kong for 3 days visit because Oman passport holders enjoy 30 days visa free access to Hong Kong.

He doesn't need a visa to Philippines, either, nationals from Oman who are traveling to the Philippines for business and tourism purposes are allowed to enter the Philippines without visas for a stay not exceeding twenty-one (21) days, provided they hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination and their passports are valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the period of stay.
