hi, i am syrian holding thailand entry visa, do can i apply to hong kong visa from bangkok?

Does your Thai entry visa permits you to stay in Thailand at least 6 months? If it is just a tourist visa valid for 3 months and permits you to stay in Thailand for 30 days, you can't apply Hong Kong visa from Bangkok.
