About:Chinese Embassies in Africa

Requirement for Family Visa

Hello,
I need information on Chinese family visa. My family has letter from my school to invite them to China to stay with me. Does my child age 4years need to fill the Physical Examination form before appearing at Chinese embassy in my country, and will the form also be necessary to obtain Residence permit for my child.
Pls, anyone with useful information can help.

If the other family members need a Physical Examination form to apply for the visa, your Child also needs to submit it. BTW, some China embassies don't ask for Physical Examination forms while issuing visas, but some do. The Physical Examination forms are required when applying for Residence Permit within China and some PSB asks it to be done in local autorized hospitals.
