About:Chinese Consulate in New York

US Citizens but born in HK in 1964, What is my Former Nationality on the Visa application?

If you have the document to prove that you previousely have a HKSAR nationality, you can write China as the Former Nationality, Hong Kong as the place of birth because China government always regards Hong Kong as part of China.
