I will be going to Hongkong by month of Feb. 2012 to visit my friend-can i stay at her bordinghouse?

Yes, you stay at her boardinghouse, for Filipinos, a Hong Kong is not required for nationals who come to Hong Kong for 14 days visit at most, if you show the valid passport and return flight tickets, you can pass the immigration easily, if you want to stay in Hong Kong for more than 14 days, the invitation letter from your friend is useless even though he/she allows you to stay at his/her boardinghouse.
