LASAS school lahore has been invited to represent pakistan in Harward Model United Nations to be held in Beijing from 15 mar to 18 mar 2012. 14 students and 2 teachers are to attend, kindly advise about the visa fees if any, will the students need to come from lahore for the visa or can it be done by an agent representing them, what will be the processing time and what documents are needed. thnx, an early reply will be highly appreciated.

It can't be done by an agent representing the 14 students and 2 teachers. Generally applicants should appear in person with required documents, and may answer questions from the visa officer. In your situation, one of the teacher can presents all applicants to apply for a business visa to China. The other students and the other teacher don't need to appear in person. It takes 4 working days for processing counted from the date of submission, the required documents are: 1. all applicants' passports 2. all applicants' passport photo (one photo per person)3. each applicant fills in visa application form V.2011A 4. official invitation letter of a duly authorized unit 5. a list of the members to attend the Harward Model United Nations to be held in Beijing 6. a recommendation letter from LASAS school lahore
