proof of denied tourist china visa application

i have been to china last oct. 2011 for two days using tourist visa then i did try apply again this january but then the agency told me that i was denied.the agency told me that they submitted my application in laoag ilocos. but how am i supposed to know that i was really denied? im doubting if the agency did really process my aplication because they just told me im denied without anything to see if im really is..thanks again

there is no proof of denied China tourist visa application, Whether a visa is to be issued or not, and what type of visa to be issued shall be decided by Consular officers in the light of China's relevant laws and regulations. Application may be refused without detailed explanation.

Maybe the agency cheats you, however, there is no proof of denied China tourist visa application. You can try to submit visa application in person. Good Luck!
