Is it possible to get visa from China Embassy here in Philippines  and present the round trip ticket to embassy our travel to Manila to Hongkong to Manila ?

Yes, it is possible for you to get a China visa from China embassy in Philippines and present the round-trip ticket to the embassy (Manila-Hong Kong -Manila). If it is unlucky to be denied, you can try to apply for a visa on arrival if you go to Shenzhen or Zhuhai for one day only.
