About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

We will travel to Hongkong February 2-6, 2012. We would like to visit China for one day only.

Is it possible to get visa from China Embassy here in Philippines and present the round trip ticket to embassy our travel to Manila to Hongkong to Manila ?
