By subway. Wangfujing is on Subway Line 1. You can change to Line 4 at Xidan Station to Summer Palace (Beigongmen station) or Line 5 at Dongdan Station to Tiantan Dongmen Station, that's the east entrance of the Temple of Heaven.1
