Harbin to Yabuli questions

Hi. If taking taxi from Harbin Airport to Yabuli Ski Resort:
1. Is it easy to find a taxi at the airport that will take us (1 male adult and 2 kids) for the 3+hour taxi ride?
2. Do we pay according to the taxi meter or negotiate a fixed price before we get on the taxi? What's the approximate cost?
3. Is it safe to use local taxi with 2 kids?

If taking train from Harbin to Yabuli:
1. What's the best way/cost$ from Harbin Airport to Harbin Rail Station? If by taxi from airport to rail station, how much time does it take and cost$?
2. Is it safe to take the local train with 2 kids?
3. How can I buy train tickets in advance?
4. Do I get on at Harbin or Harbin East station? And Do I get off a Yabuli or Yabuli South station?
5. Why does it take about the same amount of time (~3hours) from Harbin to Yabuli by train or bus? Isn't train faster?

At the Yabuli Ski Resort, how much is it to just rent the ski equipment (ski, boot and pole)? Can I rent for 3 days (ie, keep them for 3 days) or do I need to rent one day at a time (return everyday)?
