harbin to yabuli questions

Hi.  If taking taxi from Harbin Airport to Yabuli Ski Resort:1.  Is it easy to find a taxi at the airport that will take us (1 male adult and 2 kids) for the 3+hour taxi ride?2.  Do we pay according to the taxi meter or negotiate a fixed price before we get on the taxi?  What's the approximate cost?3.  Is it safe to use local taxi with 2 kids?If taking train from Harbin to Yabuli: 1.  What's the best way/cost$ from Harbin Airport to Harbin Rail Station?  If by taxi from airport to rail station, how much time does it take and cost$?2.  Is it safe to take the local train with 2 kids?3.  How can I buy train tickets in advance?4.  Do I get on at Harbin or Harbin East station?  And Do I get off a Yabuli or Yabuli South station?5.  Why does it take about the same amount of time (~3hours) from Harbin to Yabuli by train or bus?  Isn't train faster?At the Yabuli Ski Resort, how much is it to just rent the ski equipment (ski, boot and pole)?  Can I rent for 3 days (ie, keep them for 3 days) or do I need to rent one day at a time (return everyday)?Thanks!

Not very easy to find a taxi driver who would like to get there. Or you have to pay more expensive taxi fare. I am not sure how much in fact. By taxi from the airport to the railway station, about 120-150RMB. You can negotiate the price with the driver. Safe to use local taxi and local train. The problem is to buy train ticket at the train station. If train ticket online. Harbin East only has one train to Yabuli, so get to Harbin Station. There is only one train to Yabuli South and most will arrive Yabuli Station. Yabuli Station is still about 20-30 minutes by car from yabuli Resort. Sku equippment by hour or day.
