Baby born in china to filipino mother and american father

Hi, we are currently staying in china.. my daughter was born here in china. she had her US passport along with her new birth certificate. we are planning to apply her Philippine passport as I, the mother is a philippine citizen.. I read the requirements of reporting her birth and for applying for her philippine passport, that said, her birth certificate should be notarized. like i said we will pick her new birth certificate from the US embassy in 2 weeks. should we notarized her chinese birth certificate or bring her new birth certificate? thank you.
