About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I am a vietnamese holding a long term visit pass from singapore

I like to visit Hong kong as a tourist.
Which form should i fill in ?

You should fill in Hong Kong visa application form ID 1003A. You shall apply Hong Kong visit visa through China embassy in Singapore directly.
