Work Visa Requirement

Hello
I have X Visa and i am in china for more than a year learning chinese language. Now one company is willing to hire me. According to chinese rule i have to go back to pakistan and apply for Z-visa.

I want to know that DO I HAVE TO GET HEALTH CERTIFICATE FROM PAKISTAN AGAIN? as i already did my health checkup in china and already have health certificate issued that is valid for next 6 months.

Secondly i have police verification certificate that i got 1.5 year ago as it was valid for 1 year so its already expired, DO I NEED TO GET POLICE VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE AGAIN?
