About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

How can I go about getting all my 46 kg from International to Domestic flights

Hi,
I am allowed 23 kg checked and 23 kg hand luggage in a BA flight, but I am not allowed that much in a China (domestic) flight that connects me to my final destination.
How can I go about getting all my 46 kg to my final destination?

Transfer within 24 hours, no extra charge for that one before boarding the domestic flight. Show the airlines staff that you are coming from, usually Canada or America. If that is a through flight ticket, do not worry about that problem.
