Student visa from northern ireland

Im applying for a student visa i live in northern ireland where do i send all my paperwork to?

You need to apply China student visa through China consulate in Edinburgh because Northern Ireland is under its consular jurisdiction. No visa application can be done through mail, email, internet, or any express delivery service. Visa application should be submitted and picked up by the applicant or someone else entrusted.
