Mail back service

If you want to mail the visa application to Chicago who is allowed to do that? Who can be entrusted to do so?

When you submit visa application to the China Consulate in Chicago, you can apply for use the mail back service if you cannot come back again to pick up your passport with China visa. The residents in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri or Wisconsin are allowed to use the mail back service of the Chicago consulate.

If you can't come to the consulate to submit visa application in person, you can entrust your friend or relative to do it and asks for the mail back service.
