how to come to hong kong

please what if i want to visit a friend how live and work in hong kong, what procedure do i follow with a nigerian passport

You can sumit the visa requirements to China embassy in your country or post them directly to hong Kong immigradition department to apply for a Hong kong visa. FYI: Hong kong visit visa requirements: http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/id1004.htm#IV
