About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Renewal of HKSAR Passport in Chinese Consulate in Toronto

As my son is studying in Manitoba. I would like to enquire about if he can renew my HKSAE passport on internet then collect the new one in person bringing along with his old passport to Toronto office for cancellation.

He can't renew his HKSAR passport on internet then collect the new one in person by bringing along with his old passport to Toronto Consulate for cancellation.

He can renew his HKSAR passport through China Consulate in Toronto, please submit the application in person, it takes 4 - 8 weeks for the whole processing. The application will be mailed to Hong Kong Immigration Department by the consulate.
