concern on Indian passport from Beijing Embassy....

I am an Indian national, my passport has been issued from Beijing - Indian Embassy (Valid till 2021), I am wearing my eye glasses in my photo, I feel this will create the problem in the immigration & if I need to apply for UK/US or other country Visa.

Even embassy didn't reject, they issued the passport to me…..

Do I need to change my passport?
