if you apply for a tourist visa this time, the requirements for 2nd time applicants are:
1. your Philippines passport
2. completed visa application form V.2011A
3. one recent passport photo
4. A copy of the round-trip plane ticket
5. Hotel reservation
6. Previously used China visa sticker in your passport
