holidays for 2012 of China Consulate in Edinburgh?

I need a visa and wonder when you are on holiday in January

China Consulate in Edinburgh will be closed on January 2, 2012 for observing the 2012 New Year, January 23, January 24, January25 for observing the 2012 Spring Festival. Wish everyone a happy New Year and Spring Festival!
