I am an Indian. How can I obtain a tourist visa to China from Kuwait?

You can prepare the below documents and then submit the application to China embassy in Kuwait in persn or entrust someone else to do it:
1. your Indian passport and the copy of the pages with your personal information
2. one passport photo
3. fill in visa application form V.2011A and V.2011B
4. Kuwait residence permit and its copy
5. round-trip air ticket, hotel booking in Mainland China
6. other documents required by the visa official, such as bank statement
