Requirements for Z visa

Hello , do anyone knows the requirements of Z visa in Chinese embassy Philippines :
Are all of these are enough :

1.) Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation".
2.)An original Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese authorized unit.
3.)Original Working Permits such as : Working Permit issued to foreign experts by The State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, Alien Employment License of the People's Republic of China issued by Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
4.) All working visa applicants shall provide a Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen.

If there's still a requirements to do just let me know, because I need it to know so badly..thanks

what is this document? please help

It's something like a work license for aliens in China. If you are engaged in education industry as a TESL teacher, you may need to get the foreign expert certificate. If you work in other industries, you need to get the work permit.

You don't need to provide 2.)An original Visa Notification Form issued by Chinese authorized unit.

From January 1st, 2011, all applications for Business (F) or Working (Z) visas to China should be supported by the "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation" instead of the "Visa Notification Form". The "Visa Notification Form" will be void by December 31st, 2010.

Besides the documents 1), 3), 4), you also need to prepare your passport, one passport photo and fill in visa application form V.2011A and form V.2011B.
