hi,i have no visa for 2 years,how much will i pay if i like to get visa now

without going back to my country?do i need to pay my 2 years no visa,how much?is it possible i can,if yes,what are the requirements?

You overstay in China for 2 years, now, you have to surrender yourself to the local police station or the police station in the airport, you will be fined 5000RMB and detained fro 10 days, then you will be issued a 10 days exit visa to leave China. Please hold your passport to the police station.
