Consulate-General of China in Toronto is located at 240 St George Street. They don't answer phone calls and emails. You can find the application forms in the following website. It will save you time if you have the forms, photos, bank draft and required documents ready before going to the consulate. Believe me, You don't want to go there more than once to file the application.
